ABOUT: A wonderful natural viewpoint on a rocky outcrop and especially good with mist & broken cloud for sunrise. It is possible to spend 3 hrs on the ledge if good broken cloud cover is around after dawn. Good for photo group of 3-4 people potentially.

PHOTO EQUIPMENT TO BRING: A strong tripod for long shots & potentially some movement in the clouds, but to contain the dynamic range with bracketed shots. 14mm-24mm for wides & 85mm for nice cliff shots.

GETTING TO THE SPOT/S: See the custom map below for exact location. Park on the first large rocky open area on the left (about 5 mins after leaving Cliff Drive) & walk down through the obvious gap on the right, down a short rocky slope to an open platform (beware of the drop offs near the end of the 2 minute mini trail).
